- Upselling disguised as “inspections”

What customers say
A company that lives up to its name.
5.0 stars on Google across 107 reviews, per Trane’s dealer listing. A few, in full:
This business and their personnel who I interacted with for my HVAC system replacement really lived up to their company’s name: Integrity. They were Roberto, Isaac, Kristhiam, Oscar and Arnardo— all responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Now I have a brand new HVAC system that’s up and running, hopefully for a very long time. Thanks, Integrity!
Isaac and his partner were awesome. They came on time. Were polite and courteous. Explained each step.they were taking to.fix the problem. They explained with integrity. They were my second opinion to a large reputable company who said that they couldn't fix my AC and immediately wanted to sell me a whole HVAC system. No sales job with Isaac. Just suggestions without any nudging. Integrity Duct and HVAC Services is my go to company. I tried the other company because Integrity was booked and was hot. In the end, we decided to deal with the heat the old fashioned way, fans, until Integrity came. They were worth the wait.
Great service and competitive pricing. I had a A/C component fail and Integrity was able to come out that evening to take a look. The blower motor had gone bad. They gave me some options including a more cost efficient one given the age of my system. Would definitely call them again for a new install when the time comes. UPDATE 7/2026: My 15 year old unit finally bit the dust and rather than spend more money replacing other components, I went for a new install. Integrity cam out the same day, gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to install 3 days later. Thanks again for the great service and saving me from the heat!
I needed to get my HVAC unit diagnosed at my high-rise condo. Not many HVAC companies took this on so it was nice to have integrity take it on. They came diagnosed it and figured out the best path forward for me and got the job done very promptly. I appreciate their service and customer service.
Integrity Duct & HVAC Services did an amazing job AGAIN! I used them several years ago to replace my furnace and decided to try them again to replace my A/C condenser. The team was timely, professional and detail-oriented. Upon completion they walked me through the entire job, detailing what the replaced, how it works and functions. I will continue to recommend and use Integrity in the future.

Local knowledge
Northern Virginia homes, one at a time.
Historic brick colonials in Old Town, 1920s bungalows in Del Ray, mid-century ramblers along Route 1, three-level townhomes in Kingstowne and condo towers by the Metro. Each one hides its ducts somewhere different, and each needs equipment sized for the house, not copied off the old nameplate.
Hot summers. Cold winters. Humid transitions. Your system has to work, not just most of the time, but when it matters most.

HVAC Q&A
Questions we hear every week.
How do I know whether to repair or replace my HVAC system?
Look at condition, repair history, performance and the cost of the repair, not age alone. A 14-year-old system with a failed capacitor is a very different decision from one with a leaking coil, a weak compressor and years of humidity complaints.
Do heat pumps work in Northern Virginia winters?
Yes. Northern Virginia winters are well within what modern heat pumps are built for, and many homes in Mount Vernon, Fort Hunt and across Fairfax County already heat with one.
Do I need duct cleaning?
Not on a schedule, but it’s worth a look after renovation work, after moving into a home with an unknown history, if you find debris or pests in the ducts, or if dust and musty odors keep returning.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
Twice a year is the usual recommendation: cooling in spring and heating in fall. Heat pumps run all year and benefit the most.
My older AC uses R-22. What does that mean?
R-22 production and import ended in the U.S. in 2020, so repairs that need refrigerant rely on limited recovered supplies and can be expensive.
