About

Family-owned heating & air in Alexandria, VA.

Credentials aren’t the headline. Character is.

Three Integrity technicians in navy Integrity polo shirts

Integrity Duct & HVAC Services was founded on one simple principle: do the job right and treat customers with integrity.

We’re a family-owned Christian HVAC company, locally owned and operated in Alexandria, Virginia. We repair, install and maintain heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses, and we clean, seal and build the ductwork that carries the air. Our technicians hold NATE and NADCA certifications, and the company holds Virginia Class A contractor and Master HVAC licenses.

Not a sales organization with a service department attached

Integrity was built for Northern Virginia homeowners who expect honest pricing, no upselling and respectful in-home service. That means honest diagnostics, dependable repairs and installation backed by real workmanship standards: long-term solutions, not quick fixes or short-term service tickets.

We believe doing the right thing, especially when no one is watching, isn’t marketing. It’s how we operate every day.

The name on the duct

The company started with ducts, and our logo still shows it: a galvanized duct elbow that turns into the “I” in Integrity, with clean air flowing out. You’ll see the same mark on our vans, along with the line we live by: We Repair the Air You Breathe.

The standard should be higher

Your HVAC system controls the air your family breathes every day. That responsibility deserves technical competence, ethical recommendations, clear communication and professional conduct. We’re not trying to be the biggest HVAC company in Virginia. We’re focused on being the most trusted in our service area.

How we work

Integrity in every recommendation.

01

Diagnose. Repair. Recommend honestly.

No pressure sales culture. Age alone doesn’t decide whether a system needs replacing; condition, repair history, performance and cost do.

02

Clear explanations. Transparent quotes.

You get a written quote that spells out the equipment, the scope of work, the price and the labor warranty terms before anything starts.

03

Respect for your home.

Clean, professional, careful. Your house is a living space, not a job site.

04

Local knowledge.

Historic brick in Old Town, townhomes near the Metro, mid-century ramblers off Route 1. Northern Virginia homes and climate patterns are the daily work.
