City of Falls Church / Fairfax County

Heating and Cooling in Falls Church, VA

The Little City’s older streets, Lake Barcroft’s hillside homes and the mid-century neighborhoods around Seven Corners and Jefferson.

The City of Falls Church has homes from the early 1900s alongside postwar houses and a fast-growing set of new mixed-use buildings. The older houses share Arlington’s problems: ducts added late, small returns, hot second floors.

Around it in Fairfax County, Pimmit Hills, Jefferson and Seven Corners are mostly 1950s ramblers and split-levels, while Lake Barcroft’s hillside homes often have walk-out basements and multi-level layouts that are hard to balance with one system.

Common jobs in Falls Church

Falls Church questions

Asked in Falls Church.

Is my Falls Church address in the city or Fairfax County?

Many Falls Church mailing addresses are outside the city limits and in Fairfax County. It matters for permits. We confirm which jurisdiction your home is in before pulling a permit.

Can one system keep a multi-level Lake Barcroft home comfortable?

Sometimes, with good ductwork and zoning. When a home has a walk-out basement and two upper levels, a second system or a ductless zone is often the more reliable answer. We look at the layout and the duct system before recommending equipment.

Do you offer financing for a new system?

Yes. Financing is available through Wisetack for qualifying repairs and replacements, subject to lender approval and terms.

This business and their personnel who I interacted with for my HVAC system replacement really lived up to their company’s name: Integrity. They were Roberto, Isaac, Kristhiam, Oscar and Arnardo— all responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Now I have a brand new HVAC system that’s up and running, hopefully for a very long time. Thanks, Integrity!

Isaac and his partner were awesome. They came on time. Were polite and courteous. Explained each step.they were taking to.fix the problem. They explained with integrity. They were my second opinion to a large reputable company who said that they couldn't fix my AC and immediately wanted to sell me a whole HVAC system. No sales job with Isaac. Just suggestions without any nudging. Integrity Duct and HVAC Services is my go to company. I tried the other company because Integrity was booked and was hot. In the end, we decided to deal with the heat the old fashioned way, fans, until Integrity came. They were worth the wait.

Great service and competitive pricing. I had a A/C component fail and Integrity was able to come out that evening to take a look. The blower motor had gone bad. They gave me some options including a more cost efficient one given the age of my system. Would definitely call them again for a new install when the time comes. UPDATE 7/2026: My 15 year old unit finally bit the dust and rather than spend more money replacing other components, I went for a new install. Integrity cam out the same day, gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to install 3 days later. Thanks again for the great service and saving me from the heat!
